Please open and check your order while the delivery agent is still with you. We want to make sure everything is perfect right away!

You can hand the order right back to the delivery agent if it's not what you expected. In this case, you'll just need to cover the delivery fee.

If there is any defect or mistake with your order, don't worry! We've got you covered and will pay for the full shipping cost to fix it.

Missed the delivery agent? No problem! You have 14 days to return or exchange your items. Just make sure they are unused and in their original packaging.
