Is VIOLA leather real genuine leather?
Yes. Every VIOLA piece is made from genuine leather — real, not synthetic or PU. Each item is handmade, hand-stitched, and hand-finished in our Alexandria workshop.
What makes VIOLA leather different?
We pair Italian-inspired design with Egyptian craftsmanship. Founded in 2018, our women-led team finishes every gift by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
How do I care for my leather wallet or bag?
Keep it dry, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and avoid soaking it in water. Genuine leather naturally develops a richer character (patina) the more you use it.
Is the leather durable for everyday use?
Yes. Genuine leather, hand-stitching, and reinforced edges are built for daily carry. With basic care, a VIOLA wallet or card holder is made to last for years.
Does the leather have a smell or markings?
A natural leather scent and small grain variations are normal — they confirm the leather is real. These marks are part of the character, not defects.

Most orders arrive within about 3–7 days, depending on your governorate. Personalized and engraved items may need a little extra time to craft.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. We offer cash on delivery (COD) across Egypt, so you can pay when your order arrives at your door.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
